Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven individuals for our Outside Sales Representative role. This position is perfect for people who thrive outside of a traditional office setting and enjoy building relationships in the field. As a key member of our storm restoration team, you will work directly with homeowners and their insurance providers to help restore and protect residential properties impacted by severe weather.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners to assess storm damage and present restoration solutions.
  • Guide customers through the insurance claims process with professionalism and care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and customer-focused service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial consultation through project completion.

What We're Looking for:

  • Experience in roofing sales is a plus, but training if offered to motivated individuals
