Project Manager

Position Overview:

Estate Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple moving parts. The Project Manager will be responsible for job site coordination, material logistics, vendor relations, quality control, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of job site management to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order, track, and manage project materials.
  • Monitor project quality and adherence to specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Manage change orders and ensure all project modifications are documented and approved.
  • Assist with material delivery and on-site logistics as needed.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and customer communication.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, crews, and internal teams to ensure a seamless project flow.
  • Walk roofing projects to verify work progress, inspect quality, and address any issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior construction or roofing project management experience required.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to walk roofing projects safely and confidently.
  • Proficiency in project documentation and process tracking.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a significant plus.
