I recently had the pleasure of working with Estate Roofing located in Clifton, NJ. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! I worked directly with their representative Sawzer Basha. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Sawzer was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and provided a transparent and detailed estimate without any hidden fees.
The quality of the workmanship is truly exceptional. They used top-notched materials and completed the job on time, even going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sawzer always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The crew was courteous and respectful, leaving my property clean and tidy after each day of work.

This was the best contractor experience I ever had. Was referred to Rich and John from a friend, whose roof was by Estate Roofing. Upon expecting my roof, they concluded that my roof suffered damage from a hail storm. Under their advise , my insurance company was notified. After an inspection from the insurance company adjuster, is was determined that my roof needed to be replaced because of damage , and insurance would cover it. My insurance paid for my new roof, minus my $1000 deductible . The guys came with owner Edwing , and the job was completed perfectly, within two weeks from the day they stopped by! I decided to replace gutters as well, which they supplied at a great price. All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience . These guys should also give lessons on how to accommodate a customer! Edwin was professional, personable and detailed on our consult. I appreciated his promptness retuning my calls and his willingness to work with my schedule.

I had a very old roof that began leaking in a few spots. I knew it was time for a full removal and replacement. I priced this out with 6 contractors including Estate. Estate was the only contractor to review and discuss the possibility of filing an insurance claim (I wasn’t eligible but that’s not the point) and also thoroughly explain the process and details of my roof. I received a very fair and competitive price from Edwing and agreed right away. The install process was very smooth and painless and the crew was extremely diligent and professional. I would fully recommend Estate for any of your roofing needs and I plan on calling them when we replace our siding.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Everyone, from owner to roofers were extremely professional. The initial meeting with Ed was informative. He answered all questions patiently and explained all aspects of the job, from removal to installation and clean up following the removal of the old roof debris so that I felt I completely understood the entire process and the scope of the job. The workers who roofed my home were polite, prompt and completely cleaned the worksite at the end of the day. I was very pleasantly surprised when Ed and Alex followed up the next day to make certain the job was done properly. They told me what to look for as the roof “settled”, any possible problems that might arise and assured me that they would be available for questions and follow up. They provided me with before and after photos of the roof. I do not anticipate needed a new roof for many years, but if I needed one, this company is the only one I would consider.

Edwing and his crews did an excellent job!  I didn’t have much knowledge about the roof and he explained in detail how my roof is structured, what was going on with my roof, pricing and gave me very honest advice.  He also helped me navigate through the entire process of insurance claim which I didn’t quite understand.  My new roof looks amazing and couldn’t be happier with the results.  They are very reliable and I highly recommend to anyone who needs roof replacement!

Estate Roofing was an amazing experience! Owner Edwing and helpers Ricki and John were professional, courteous, patient and responsive. They explained everything clearly. He was able to mobilize his team on very short notice and finished our entire very large roof and new filter gutters in four days. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. The team was there first thing in the morning and worked until after sunset. Edwing sent pictures of the work daily and even sent drone videos. When done, they cleaned up everything and left no trace. The roof looks great and all for less than what others wanted to charge. Highly, highly recommend them. Don’t hesitate to use them.

I cannot more highly recommend Estate Roofing. We had an extremely complex residential roof (numerous skylights, turrets, multi-level, chimneys) and gutter replacement, and I was a first-time homeowner. They were extremely professional, responsive, patient (explaining answers to all of my questions), and did an amazing job. The roof is beautiful and after several months has been thoroughly stress-tested. Special thanks to Edwin, Sawzer, Jonathan, and Jorge, for all of their kindness and hard work.

Was referred to Richard through a friend who had a great experience with the company. I had wind damage which caused a leak due to a storm which the insurance company initially denied, but Richard was able to get most of the roof covered and took all the pressure off of me. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with getting their roof replaced
